Shipping Rates
*US - Domestic Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority delivers in 2-3 business days to most domestic destinations.
Orders under $39.99 (pre-tax) will ship for $5.95, orders over $39.99 (pre-tax) will ship free.
Above quoted delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include processing time. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.
**International Shipping
We do not offer International shipping at this point in time.
Shipping Schedule
In stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 9:00 am EST on Saturday will begin processing for shipment on the next business day, usually on Monday unless it is a holiday.
We will send you a shipping notification via email when we have shipped your order. This notification will also include your delivery confirmation/tracking number.
Shipping Insurance
EARTH DIAPER self-insures all packages against loss or damage. If your package should become lost** or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.
**A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 30 days of shipment and does not have a confirmed delivery by USPS.
Please ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We will not be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note that on your package.
Please ensure that you provide a correct mailing address for us to ship to. We will not be responsible for packages that have been lost due to improper address.
Sales Tax
All orders within Colorado are subject to 8.3% sales tax.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel to your order, please contact us. All changes/cancellations must be made before your order ships.
Order Tracking/Status
A USPS tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order. You can track your package on www.usps.com.
Refused Delivery
Refused packages are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under free shipping promotions.
Incorrect Shipments
We truly apologize for any mix up that may have occurred with the shipment of your order. Although these instances are rare, they do happen. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their order prior to washing/using and report any discrepancies to us within 3 business days. Items that have been washed/used* cannot be returned.
